There are many help desk software companies that sell a suite of products each designed for specific industries or use scenarios: internal help desk, external help desk, school help desk, product support help desk, etc. The list is long and varied and at first glance looks impressive... but when you get down to it they are all the same - the same product with a different name and a different color and even a different box - but all the same.
