Did you know that you can build multiple homepage views and switch between them on the fly?

In the upper left corner of our help desk software homepage you will find the Homepage View control. This innocuous little drop down lists and personal views you have created as well as the admin-defined system wide views.

You can control the number of columns, their order, and assign each column to display any one of these 25 different fields of ticket related data:

SLA/Date Related

  • SLA Name
  • Open Date
  • Due Date
  • Respond By Date/Time
  • Resolve By Date/Time
  • At Risk Date/Time

Customer Data

  • Customer Name
  • Location Name
  • Project
  • End User
  • Six(6) Definable End User Fields
  • Quick Dial # / Extension

Other

  • Ticket Description
  • # of Linked Assets
  • Assigned To
  • Last Activity Date
  • Attachments
  • Available Time on Project
  • Dollar Value of Work Done
  • Who Logged Ticket
  • Time Spent on Ticket
  • Billable and Non-Billable Time Spent on Ticket
  • Priority Set
  • Priority
  • Project Type
  • Status
  • Four(4) Ticket Type Levels

You can also group your tickets in sets and expand only those that you need to.

Sort by Status:



Sort by Due Date:



And you can create nested sorts like this one where I am sorting by State and then by Customer:

The ability to quickly change how you view your ticket data means that all of the information you need is right there at your fingertips.
