YellowFish Software offers three levels of service, once again allowing you to choose the one that best fits your needs, environment, and pocketbook.

 
Level I Support

This support level allows Revelation users to contact our customer support department via e-mail. Incoming e-mails are automatically converted to trouble tickets within our system and distributed to the appropriate staff. Revelation support staff will respond via e-mail to this category of support relationship by the next business morning.

 
Level II Support

With this support level, Revelation users can contact our Customer Support Department via email or the Revelation End User interface (that's right; we actually use our own product). Customers can log new issues, track the progress on current issues and read through our self help area. Important and timely customer messages will be posted and viewed through the interface. Revelation support staff will respond to support queries via the End User Interface within six business hours.

 
Level III Support

This support level allows Revelation users to contact our customer support department via e-mail, the Revelation End User interface and telephone. Revelation support staff will respond via telephone to customers within two business hours for this support level agreement.

 

Hosting

Revelation Helpdesk can be hosted at your location or ours. If you wish to host yourself I suggest you stop by the documents section of this site and download the requirements document OR simply call us toll free at 866-REVDEMO (866-738-3366). If you would like us to host your copy of Revelation for you we offer a secure environment with redundant internet connectivity and power.

 

Training

Revelation training is designed to match the specific software and modules purchased. Training will cover all aspects of the application from full administrator training to training on how to train your end users. All training is conducted via the internet unless specific arrangements have been made. Any travel related for instructors will be invoiced separately.

This training covers the administration and usage of the Revelation Enterprise package. Topics covered include: system administration, projects usage, adding clients and users, and logging tickets. It also covers any and all applicable modules, including: Call Templates, File Upload, Personalization, Management Plus, End User Interface, Asset Manager, Service Level Manager, Email monitor and the Numbers module.
