The mobile login screen behaves exactly as the PC version. Enter your user name and password, the tap the login button. If you can’t remember your password (but do remember your user name), you can tap the Help button and enter your user name to have the system send your password to you.

 

If you want your mobile browser to remember your login credentials, please tap the Remember button. A check box will appear prior to logging in.

You have the option to see the full Revelation helpdesk site from the web access login screen. Simply select Full Site from the options under the password block.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Touch ID

The Touch ID option is available on your iPhone for logging into Revelation. If the scan doesn't work, you can still log in using your password.

If a client tries to log in to the mobile app, they will receive this message

Contextual Base Navigation

Each page or view in Revelation Mobile Access features a contextual base navigation element. The base navigation is always present and will display buttons appropriate to the page you are currently on.
