Auto-close
You can now set ticket status to Auto-Close tickets in a specified period of time. Configurable (of course) using a new type of ticket status.

Customize search result views
You can now add/remove columns, set your sort orders and group your search results on the fly then save your view along with your search set.

Inline email
You can now send an email from inside the ticket Action Note tool bar. Write your email, add your time and send your message in one motion. It will be automatically added as an action note within the ticket.

Popup enhancements
See more while doing less. Information Popup (if active) now shows the last Action Note logged for the ticket by hovering over the Action column on the home page in Grid View.

Right Tools Stack
When you lock one fly out from the right column tools, all three will now lock open, and stack for easier viewing. Switch between them by clicking on the headers for each.

New navigation option
You can now opt to see the navigation interface with text labels.
